2025 has been a year in which we’ve really had to be adaptable.

The spring brought greater caution in the market and a sharper focus on costs, and this was, of course, noticeable.

And yet, we’re ending the year with our third Gazelle award in a row. That makes me genuinely proud. Mostly because it says something about the team and the way we work: we take responsibility even when things get complicated.

This year, we have:
– welcomed several talented colleagues to our team.
– been visited by the mayor (a great opportunity to showcase what we stand for: professionalism, integrity, and community)
– trained yet another apprentice, who reminds me why it’s important that we all contribute to producing more skilled tradespeople. And it’s also a great joy to follow their development throughout their apprenticeship.
– expanded our capabilities to serve customers even more broadly, from mechanical to electrical solutions

Today, we specialize in mechanics, electrical systems, hydraulics, PLC programming, automation, and pneumatics, and we handle everything from maintenance and optimization to CE marking and safety standards.

“Looking ahead to 2026, the key is to do more of what we know works: staying close to our customers and taking ownership of our tasks to ensure they are successfully completed.”

We’ve also welcomed a talented sales engineer to the team, and I hope we’ll be adding more colleagues throughout 2026 so that our team can grow and we can show even more customers what we’re capable of.

Thank you to our customers for their trust and to my colleagues for their hard work. It is you who make all of this worthwhile.

Sincerely,

Jørgen Brade, founder and chairman of the Brade Group.
