Customer service is at the heart of everything we do
In all four divisions/companies, customer service is a central focus of our services. We aim to build partnerships with our customers rather than simply selling services and products. This means you can expect close collaboration, where we serve as both advisors and sounding boards, while also taking responsibility for ensuring tasks are completed on time, to the required quality, and within budget.

Operational Reliability is Our Foremost Objective
Our customers rely on stable, round-the-clock operations. We therefore focus not only on ensuring day-to-day production, but also on taking a proactive approach. We provide a comprehensive overview of the entire fleet of machinery, which we can manage on a daily basis as well as for individual projects for which we are contracted.
We take a proactive approach to our robust maintenance program, which—as is the case with Brade Lubricants—includes ensuring the use of the correct lubricants.
We always prepare budgets for maintenance projects, and we have documentation showing that our service agreements reduce costs for our customers.
The Story
Brade Group was founded in 2015 when Jørgen Brade saw an opportunity to establish a company that could support and safeguard businesses’ production in a new and more proactive way.
The company grew rapidly to a size where the opportunity to offer specific solutions to customers arose. This meant that it wasn’t long before Brade Group consisted of four subsidiaries, which today manage customers’ operational reliability across departments.
Synergy among all four companies
By establishing four subsidiaries under the Brade Group, Jørgen Brade wanted to ensure not only that there was synergy between the various professional groups, but also that it would be possible to recruit exactly the right professionals for specific tasks. At the same time, it was important to provide the Brade Group with a team of experts, such as those we have at Brade Lubricant, where the focus is exclusively on creating the best maintenance programs by determining the correct amount and frequency of lubrication for the machinery.
Brade Technic & Service provides project management and turnkey contracting services for all types of projects, and we also assist customers with purchasing new machinery and ensuring it is properly integrated into their production processes.
Brade Service & Solutions, on the other hand, ensures smooth, day-to-day operations through on-site turnkey solutions.
Just as we can step in as a construction consultant at Brade Consulting and manage a new construction project for our existing—or new—clients.
