We are thrilled that MM Teknik & Service has now joined the Brade Group, under the Brade Technic & Solution umbrella.
Morten has been running MM Teknik & Service since 2016, and seven months ago he decided to join Brade Technic & Solution as an employee—while continuing to serve his own client base, which he had built up over the years as a self-employed professional.
It turned out to be such a good idea for both Morten’s clients and for us that we have now acquired his business, and we look forward to continuing our excellent partnership with Morten and his clients.
MM Teknik specialized in, among other things, the service and maintenance of cranes, lifts, lifting equipment, and forklifts. These are all areas of expertise that we utilize on a daily basis at Brade Technic & Service and Brade Service & Solutions. Therefore, it made perfect sense to bring these areas of expertise together under one roof.
Regarding the acquisition, Morten says:
This allowed me to leverage Brade’s expertise by gaining the resources to better serve my existing client base, while also branching out to serve new clients. My former clients won’t notice any difference—only improvements—since we now have far greater expertise to apply to the projects we’ve been working on together for a long time.
I’m looking forward to the future—now as part of Brade Technic & Solution.
