Portrait of a business partner:
Meet the people who help us grow
The construction industry is a complex sector; the regulations are extensive, and the pace of development is keeping pace with demand, which has been growing significantly in recent years.
At Brade Consulting, it was never our intention to cover a wide range of specialized fields in-house. On the contrary, our goal has been to offer professional client consulting and cost-effective, reliable project management—and to focus on that.
That is why our company is built around a network of professional and knowledge-intensive firms with whom we collaborate to complete projects. Ultimately, the client works exclusively with us, but we manage the process behind the scenes and form project-based partnerships with skilled firms that possess the right expertise. One such firm is CxPartner ApS.
CxPartner LLC
The company was founded in 2020 by two former colleagues, Martin Wilson Aagesen and Dennis Messmann Bang, who have backgrounds at companies such as Danfoss and IMI Hydronic Engineering, where they worked on balancing technology and the sizing of valve systems and automation.
Both are trained mechanical engineers with years of experience in the construction industry—skills they have now combined in a company with five full-time employees and a number of affiliated specialists. Typical assignments and projects at CxPartner ApS come from the construction industry and facility management.
CxPartner ApS's areas of expertise include:
- Commissioning of heating and cooling systems
- Functional test
- Calibration of ECL controls
- Client Consulting (HVAC)
- Project Review
- Consultant coaching
- Education
- HVAC valve assembly
CxPartner ApS offers a wide range of expertise, as well as specialized knowledge and experience, which we at Brade Consulting incorporate into many of our client advisory projects.
- “When Brade Consulting brings us on board, they’re looking for in-depth expertise. They bring us in as experts and often as an independent partner and advisor when projects require it. We usually say that we’re the nerds and Brade Consulting are the ones who throw and catch the balls in a project.”
Dennis Messmann Bang, co-founder and co-owner of CxPartner ApS, comments on the collaboration and continues:
- “This often involves areas such as troubleshooting and consultation regarding existing cooling and heating systems, water quality, and general consulting services that support cooling and heating systems.”
CxPartner ApS works with us on projects both as a consultant and as a design-build contractor. This means we benefit from experienced and reliable guidance, but also that we can have the same team execute the project. This is a major advantage and provides peace of mind for us and our clients, because we ensure that knowledge is not lost during the handover.
The Collaboration
There can be no partnership without good chemistry and a shared understanding! That’s how it should always be, and it’s also a cornerstone of our partnership with CxPartner ApS. We have many things in common, but the most important is that we operate based on a shared set of values that centers on effective communication, employee well-being, and an understanding of professionalism in client relationships.
- Dennis Messmann Bang: “Our collaboration with Brade Consulting runs smoothly because we have good communication. We’re a good fit and share the same approach to people and the tasks at hand. We bounce ideas off each other quite a bit in our day-to-day work, and that gives us the opportunity not only to learn from each other but also to benefit greatly from one another in our daily work.”
There is no doubt that CxPartner ApS plays a key role in enabling us, as a construction consulting firm, to provide the level of expert and professional consulting and project management that we strive for at Brade Consulting.
They allow us to focus on what we do best, just as we ensure that they can do the same in their business.
