2023 marks a historic milestone for and within the Brade Group. This year, two of the company’s subsidiaries, Brade Technic & Solutions and Brade Service & Solutions, have distinguished themselves as recipients of the prestigious Børsen Gazelle award. This recognition cements the company’s position as a strong player in the market for services and solutions for the manufacturing industry, logistics centers, and the food industry.
A major step for the Brade Group – and a joint effort
For the Brade Group, founded eight years ago by Jørgen Brade, the Børsen Gazelle award for its two subsidiaries marks an important milestone in the company’s history. “It means a great deal to us to be recognized in this way—and for two of our companies, no less. It shows that the decision I made eight years ago has not only borne fruit but has also proven to be the right one: I wanted to focus entirely on delivering comprehensive solutions, operational reliability, and engaging with customers in a more personal way—overall, I wanted to create a better and more trusting relationship with customers and employees,” says Jørgen Brade, continuing: “I would also like to emphasize that this recognition is just as much due to everyone in the company. The effort put forth by each and every one of us is the primary reason we are able to retain our customers and continue to be a trusted partner. The Børsen Gazelle award is given to all of us. Not just management.”
What makes Brade Group unique
The Brade Group stands out by offering comprehensive services in the fields of electrical engineering, mechanics, pneumatics, hydraulics, and PLC programming. But it is particularly their approach—where they aim to be a partner rather than a supplier—that makes the company and its subsidiaries unique. With short lines of communication and a streamlined decision-making structure, all subsidiaries under the Brade Group specialize in delivering customized projects and comprehensive facility packages that optimize operations and maintenance for their customers. This is achieved through close collaboration, where they engage on a much more equal footing with the company’s employees and decision-makers.
Customer service as a core competency
For both Brade Technic & Solutions and Brade Service & Solutions, customer service is a core value, and it is a principle that runs throughout the entire Brade Group. “We strive not only to sell services and products, but to develop long-term partnerships with our customers. This involves close collaboration, where we serve as both advisors and sparring partners, and take responsibility for completing tasks on time, with the right quality, and within budget,” explains Rasmus Brade, CEO of the Brade Group.
The Future
With the Børsen Gazelle Awards in hand, we look to the future with optimism and are determined to continue the positive growth trajectory we have experienced and built over the past few years.
