When we ask our client Flexiwell about their company values, there is no doubt: service, high quality, and meeting deadlines come before everything else, and as they themselves say, they operate based on the “good old virtues.” Flexiwell also works to serve companies based on their unique needs rather than standard solutions, and can therefore offer packaging to a wide range of customers that goes beyond conventional models:
“We usually say that we can deliver what our competitors cannot, will not, or are not allowed to. This means that our customers can come to us with a need that matches standard packaging, but they can also get custom-made packaging that fits their specific purpose perfectly,” says Michael Sindt of Flexiwell Emballage, which is based in Ishøj.
Customized solutions
The customized solutions and adaptations to our customers’ needs align in many ways with our corporate culture at the Brade Group. That is why we are also proud that, for quite some time now, we have been servicing and collaborating with Flexiwell at Brade Technic & Solutions, drawing on expertise from Brade Lubricant as well. Through this interdisciplinary collaboration, we ensure the replacement of wear parts as well as the cleaning and lubrication of machines at Flexiwell.
“Our needs require a flexible and specialized repair technician who can be on-site within a few hours to resolve any machine breakdowns or malfunctions. Our machines are highly analog, which means that the technicians tasked with resolving the issue must have a broad knowledge of machinery. Our biggest challenge is when one or two machines go out of service due to a malfunction or breakdown—then we risk not being able to keep our promise to customers to deliver goods on time. This is where we have a strong partnership with Brade Technic & Solutions, who respond quickly.”
No customer is too big or too small
It is always rewarding when our customers’ values align with ours. At Flexiwell, this is true in many areas. We both agree that no customer is too big or too small, and that we are here to meet any need. Flexiwell’s customer portfolio includes everything from large to small businesses, all with varying needs.
“Larger companies often don’t have the capacity to cater to smaller clients or those with specific service needs. That’s why it made sense to focus on the many clients who want a little more from Flexiwell,” says Michael Sindt when we ask him why he started Flexiwell in 2007.
In many ways, Brade Group started out with the same desire to provide customized solutions for our customers, and perhaps that is one of the reasons why we are still invited to serve as a service partner for Flexiwell.
