Jørgen can definitely pat himself on the back for hiring the right people for the job. Many would prefer to work with a larger company with more employees to have some clout behind them, but as I say, what good is having 600 employees if they aren’t the right ones? Jørgen manages to ensure that the right skills are in place for each project.
